What is mupo?
In the Venda language, one of the official languages of South Africa, Mupo means all things of natural origin.
For Us - the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method evokes similar connotations. In the LSP process, we use LEGO bricks to unlock the knowledge already existing within the organizations and disclose itself naturally with the help of this rigorous tool.
In our work with companies, we are not bringing predefined solutions - instead, we help the teams unlock the answers concealed in the system. We let the ideas emerge most gently and naturally.
Mupo has a deep significance in Venda, evoking the memory of the core responsibility of each generation to safeguard nature for the next generation.
